What can you expect from Madison Equipment & Vehicle Financing?
We provide financing in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Upon approval of a transaction, a representative will give you written notification. We will provide all the necessary documents needed by you. Security deposit and/or advance payment checks may be written to Madison Funding or, with prior approval, the broker.
After the satisfactory completion of delivery, customer’s verbal acceptance, and our receipt of all original documents (electronic documents are available), we will fund the transaction. The vendor will be paid quickly. Simultaneously, broker commission will be paid
Because Madison Capital generally retains and services all transactions for the duration of the term, you and your customers can feel secure. Also, we will never solicit your clients, thus
marketing is left to you. To assist, portfolio performance reports can be provided and our origination system will always show you as the broker.

Madison Capital offers funding resources to Brokers/Lessors for the following:

- Commercial Vehicle leasing from $10,000-$2,000,000
- Equipment leasing and financing from $10,000 – $400,000
- Terms: 24 – 60 months
- Application only to $100,000 (see program parameters)
When submitting a transaction for preview, it is helpful to include the following:
- How was this deal originated (lessee, vendor direct, another broker)?
- Have you sent this application to another funding source prior to submitting it to Madison? If yes, to whom and when? Was it approved or declined?
- Is this application for the entire amount to be leased or, is it being split among 2 or more funding sources? If so who?
- Is there a Personal Guarantor(s)? If Personal Guaranty(s) is available, do you have a personal financial statement (required for deals >$100K or under 4 yrs TIB)?
- Equifax score, if available
- Have you worked with this customer before? If yes, please elaborate.
- Have you worked with the vendor before? If yes, please elaborate.
- Equipment/vehicle description and cost
- Specific lease terms or structure desired
