We are seeking a Sales Director with a proven track record in the equipment and/or vehicle financing industry. Candidates should have experience working with both direct and vendor-referred commercial clients. The Sales Director is expected to lead company-wide new business development efforts. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing the sales team as well as leveraging their own existing network for new business opportunities. The Sales Director is tasked with developing (with input from the Executive Team) and executing a yearly sales and marketing plan to meet the growth objectives of the company. The Sales Director will guide the sales team in developing originations through cold calling, trade shows, networking, and targeted email marketing campaigns among other sales initiatives and work closely with the firm’s marketing director and outside marketing firm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years’ experience in the equipment finance industry. 10+ years of industry experience, with a verifiable and successful track record, can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Meet monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
