Business Development Associate (Sales Associate)
Madison Capital is a leading provider of equipment and vehicle financing and is now
hiring Business Development Associates. We are seeking highly motivated, dedicated
and results oriented sales professionals to become part of our growing team. If you
are a self-starter with selling skills we encourage you to apply.
Essential Duties
- Prospecting businesses and vendors for equipment and vehicle financing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Develop customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Effectively articulate and present Madison Capital’s competitive advantages
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive notes in Salesforce CRM system
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Prior sales experience (inside or outside)
- Self-driven, results oriented, team player
- Positive can-do attitude with a high level of integrity
