April’s Financing Insights

After 40 years, mostly as president, I am settling into my new role of Partner. I will continue to provide my leadership with the credit committee, board of directors, and by supporting the new management team. Now I can spend more time doing what I always love, selling; as well as mentoring account executives by sharing what I have learned over the years.

April was a strong month for the company as we set new growth expectations. Our mix of vehicles and equipment was strong.  A few transaction highlights include:

  • Equipment for an Optometric practice-$85K
  • Vehicles for a Rental car company -$150K
  • High tech Security System -$44K

The transaction I liked the best last month was a sale leaseback for a client who recently purchased equipment and is rebuilding after a fire. It shows Madison’s diversity. Doing vehicles and equipment does give Madison a leg up on both.
