As expected, September was a good month compared to Madison’s one slow month, August. The next three months should rival last years’ blockbuster end of year finish.

Below outlines a few of my transactions and what I like about each.

  • Tow truck (used)-$55K for a company that started in business 3 years ago and this is their 4th unit.
  • Jaguar-$80K – for a customer of mine for 40 years. He is old? I am old? Or, we are both old!
  • Concrete mixer truck-$125K. Getting it into the US from Canada, inspected, and titled was not an easy task. It was accomplished by using a lot of resources.
  • $125K for a mall owner needing common area equipment that included a $20K Holiday train set.

No one ever said business was easy. However, it can be fun meeting all the challenges.
