May was an OK month for me and a very good month for the company’s origination team. However, my pipeline (backlog) is the strongest it has ever been. So, watch out June!
Business is all positive year to date. Last month’s best transactions for me were 12 units for an emergency medical transport company for $480K (new client). I financed a repeat client with a medical device for his vein clinic for $71K. Also, the principal of the company needs for 1.3 MM in additional equipment for another company. Piggy backing is fun. That may close in June, my birthday month. Then there is the pipeline.
The summer is looking good!
